Shipping

Total Beverage is able to ship to the following U.S. States: Alaska, Colorado, Louisiana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Oregon, Washington D.C., West Virginia, and Wyoming.  

We cannot ship to APOs, FPOs, PO Boxes, or addresses outside the US. We cannot ship beers, sodas, malt beverages or tobacco products. We reserve the right to ship incomplete orders if we do not have the full order in stock.

Shipping times are listed in business days: weekends and holidays do not count towards shipping times. For normal ground shipments, allow up to 5 business days to receive your order after it has been processed. When your order is shipped, an email with the tracking number is sent automatically to the email on your account. Once your order is given to UPS, the package becomes your property, and you are responsible for contacting UPS for service requests or delivery instructions.

Signature Required:

Please be aware that UPS delivers Monday through Friday during normal business hours. All packages with products containing alcohol require an adult 21 or over with a valid government-issued ID to sign for the package. This need not be the addressee of the package: anyone over 21, such as a leasing office agent, doorman, or neighbor can receive the package. If you think this might be a problem, we strongly encourage you to use a work address for shipping. UPS will make up to 3 delivery attempts, after which the package will be returned to us. Packages returned to our location due to failure to obtain an adult signature require an additional shipping charge for re-shipment, and you will not be refunded the original shipping charges.

The following is an estimation on prices for shipping to select cities in the U.S. and it does not reflect what your final shipping costs will be. Shipping costs vary by order, and final totals will be shown in your cart after you have put in your information for the order. Total Beverage uses information on the UPS website to automatically calculate shipping costs. .

Refund Policy

Pricing, vintage, descriptions and availability are subject to change and/or substitution without notice. Where substitution is necessary, we endeavor to substitute the most similar product available, and of equal or greater value. 

20% restocking fee may apply to all returns & cancellations; only unopened, re-sellable product accepted for return; kegs, and special ordered items cannot be returned. All returns must be pre-authorized. 

Shipping & handling paid by customer each way. Customer is responsible for obtaining tracking for return shipments. Cancellations must be received before order is processed. 

If you return an order without pre-authorization, return may be subject to refusal or subject to redirect fee if returned to the incorrect warehouse. Returns without RMA# on outer packaging and original packing slip enclosed in shipment may be recycled or donated. 

Returns must be approved and returned within 30 days of purchase date.
