Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Frequent Shopper Program?

The frequent shopper program is our way of saying thank you to our loyal customers! Over a 6 month period, from January to June, and July to December, you earn points for every purchase in the store, online, and in the app. The credits are redeemable through the months of February (for credits earned in July to December) and August (for credits earned in January to June). At the end of each 6 month period, if you reached between 500-999.99 points, you will have a $10 credit on your frequent shopper account! The more points you earn in store, the higher your credit will be. Credits are redeemable for the following values:

500-999.99 points = $10 in store credit

1000-1499.99 points = $25 in store credit

1500-1999.99 points = $35 in store credit

2000+ points = $25 per 1000 pts (ie 4000 pts = $100 in store credit)

If you don’t know how many points you have, you can ask any member of the sales team in store or, send us a message and we can check for you. Please include your name and customer number or phone number.

Do you deliver?

We are happy to offer same day delivery on orders placed on the website www.totalbev.com or the Total Beverage app. Our delivery hours are 12pm-8pm. The delivery cutoff time is 6:30pm, and any orders placed after this time will be delivered the next day. There is a $50.00 minimum product purchase for an order to qualify for delivery. Distance used in calculating the delivery fee is driving distance from the store as determined by Google Maps. Deliveries under 5 miles from your nearest store location is free! For orders greater than 5 miles from the nearest store, a small delivery fee will be assesed based on your cart minimum and driving distance. Note: Delivery orders greater than 8 miles from the nearest store are NOT guaranteed in 90 minutes or less. We will deliver your order ASAP.

Is curbside pickup available?

Yes! Curbside pickup is NEW in 2018! Just select “Curbside Pickup” at checkout at www.totalbev.com or the Total Beverage app. Your first three pickups are free! After that, a small service fee of $3.00 will be applied.

Can I ship alcohol?

Yes! We are able to ship to the following U.S. States: Alaska, Colorado, Louisiana, Nebraska, Nevada, Oregon, Washington D.C., West Virginia, and Wyoming. We cannot ship to APOs, FPOs, PO Boxes, or addresses outside the US. We cannot ship beers, sodas, malt beverages or tobacco products.

How do I order a keg?

You can order a keg on our website www.totalbev.com. Just type “keg” in the search bar and select your pickup or delivery options at checkout. Note: a $10 delivery charge will apply to each keg. There is a $30 deposit on each keg that is not included in the price, and a tap would be a $50 deposit.

Do you refill existing kegs?

We do not refill kegs, but we can exchange your keg for a full one. If you bring back your empty shell, we will reimburse you for the deposit amount.

Can you make wine/beer/liquor recommendations?

Of course! We have several knowledgeable resources in all departments, including two resident sommeliers. Please be as detailed as possible in your requests and let us know what tastes you prever. You can also stop in store to speak with a store associate in person.

Do you carry this product?

We can check our database for you! Please be as specific as possible or attach a photo in .jpg file and tell us which store you shop at most frequently.

Do you offer a case or bulk discounts?

Yes! We offer case discounts of 5% off when you buy 12 bottles of 750ml wine (mix and match) or 6 bottles of 1.5L wine and 27% off a build you own six pack of beer from the singles cooler, and a 5% discount on all full cases of spirits.
